All purchases made through House of Vara (HOV) are considered final. We currently do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, colour, size, measurements, and images before placing an order.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at houseofvara6@gmail.com as soon as possible with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Our team will review the concern and, after verification, determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
